SPA ETIQUETTE
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. Please contact us with any queries and let us know if you have any medical or health concerns.
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment, allowing time to complete your health assessment and to enjoy the facilities. As a courtesy to other guests, those who arrive late will lose some of their treatment time, as the appointment will still end as originally scheduled.
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please refrain from smoking and turn your mobile phone off or to silence setting, while in, or around, the spa area.
The minimum age for taking spa treatment is 16 years. Guests under 18 years are required to have parental consent prior to the booking being accepted.
You do not have to hold a reservation in one of our suites, to enjoy our Spa.
We request that you leave your valuables in your suite's safety deposit box.
We understand that schedules change and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Since your spa time is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask you to give a 24 hours cancellation notice, so that someone else may enjoy that time. Cancellations made 5 or less hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
The Spa operates from 10 :00 to 19:00 daily with the last booking at 18:00.
